–Avoid fried foods and foods with hydrogenated oils — they’re toxic.
–Eat berries, soybeans and cruciferous veggies (broccoli, cabbage, brussel spouts, kale)
–Keep 2 medium-weight dumbbells by your bed. Do a few reps before sleeping and when you wake up.

You’ve got to be proactive about health, but this is especially true for men - get your exams, work out, and stop eating the junk food.
“Stress” and “working harder” are myths that rightly infuriate women. The reason guys need to work harder at staying healthy is because nature designed them to be expendable. Sorry guys, but it’s true.
